Role : Field Sales Associate

Location: Chennai

Department: Sales (Hotel & Restaurant Domain)

Experience: 2 - 4 years in Sales management, preferably in software industry.

Compensation: 3 to ?5 LPA (Based on skills & experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time (only Male candidates)

Qualifications and Skills

2 - 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the software industry Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset Knowledge of the restaurant and hotel industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the designated territory Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Present and demonstrate software solutions to clients, both in-person and remotely Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide feedback to the product development team.
