Identify and develop new business opportunities in the designated territory
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Present and demonstrate software solutions to clients, both in-person and remotely
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide feedback to the product development team.
Key Skills Required:
Proven track record in
field sales of software products
, ideally within the hospitality or food services industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel desk systems, POS software, or food tech platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to operate independently in a field role.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is an advantage.
Compensation:
?3 to ?5 LPA
Final salary will be based on current CTC, experience, and skill set.
