  • Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions/services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for business expansion.
  • Present products/services to potential clients in a persuasive manner.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Willingness to work in a field-based role during the probation period.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Probation Period: 30 days
  • The initial 30 days will be a probationary period to assess performance and suitability for the role. During this time, the position will involve fieldwork.
