Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Field Sales Associate

to join our team. The role requires a results-oriented individual who can

generate new leads, convert opportunities into sales, and expand our market presence

across both interior turnkey and IT AV solution verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through market research, cold calls, networking, and site visits. Present and promote Mangalam Automation's services in

Interior Design turnkey construction

and

IT Audio Video solutions

to prospective clients. Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, builders, corporate clients, interior designers, and decision-makers. Meet with clients on-site to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions. Collaborate with the design and technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth for the company. Track client interactions, feedback, and sales progress through CRM tools or reports. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Desired Skills and Qualifications

Proven sales or business development experience, ideally in

construction, interiors, AV, or IT solutions

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to independently generate leads and close deals. Strong networking skills and willingness to travel frequently for client meetings. Knowledge of

Audio-Video integration, interior turnkey solutions, or corporate fit-outs

will be an advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or client servicing roles.
