Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our products/services

, build strong relationships with customers, and drive market growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in the field to generate leads and close sales. Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and demos. Promote company products/services in assigned territories to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/tools regularly. Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of proven field sales or marketing

experience. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area. Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
