Duties
Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts within assigned territories

Manage and nurture existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction

Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to position solutions effectively in the B2B (business-to-business) landscape
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account management responsibilities efficiently
Expertise in business development strategies including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for sales tracking and analysis
Excellent negotiation skills combined with customer service acumen to foster long-term client relationships
Ability to deliver compelling product demos and conduct technical sales presentations confidently
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making in territory sales
