Job Description

The FMCG Sales Field Officer is responsible for executing sales activities in assigned territories, maintaining distributor and retailer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring proper product availability and visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities



Visit assigned retailers, wholesalers, and distributors daily Generate orders and achieve

monthly/quarterly sales targets

Ensure

product availability, stock rotation, and visibility

at outlets Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors Implement company schemes, promotions, and new product launches Monitor competitor activities and report market feedback Ensure timely collection of payments from retailers (as per policy) Maintain accurate sales reports, route plans, and daily call reports Support merchandising activities like display setup and branding

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in the field Basic understanding of FMCG distribution and retail channels Time management and target-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of MS Excel/sales apps (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
