About the Role



MNPL (Meticulous Networks Private Limited) is looking for an

energetic and target-driven Sales Executive

to manage sales across

multiple IT business verticals

, including

ISP/Telecom Services, Laptop & IT Equipment Leasing, and System Integration solutions

.

The ideal candidate should be confident in

B2B field sales

, capable of handling

client meetings

, understanding customer requirements, building long-term relationships, and

closing business opportunities

.

Key Responsibilities1. ISP / Telecom Sales



Generate leads for

leased lines, broadband, and corporate internet services

.

Conduct meetings with corporate clients and explain service offerings and benefits.

Coordinate with internal technical teams for

feasibility checks, implementation, and installations

.

Follow up with clients from enquiry to service activation.

2. Leasing Business - Laptop & IT Equipment Rental



Promote

laptop and IT equipment rental services

to SMEs, startups, and corporate clients.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable rental solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate

commercial terms and rental agreements

.

Coordinate with operations and finance teams for order processing and billing.

3. System Integration Sales



Sell

IT hardware and networking products

including laptops, desktops, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, and related solutions.

Present

end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions

based on customer needs.

Work closely with technical engineers to design, propose, and deliver customized solutions.

General Responsibilities



Achieve

monthly and quarterly sales targets

as assigned by management.

Build and maintain

strong, long-term client relationships

.

Conduct

field visits, cold calls, follow-ups, and business meetings

.

Prepare sales reports, MIS, and update CRM records regularly.

Track competitors, market trends, and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong

field sales experience

(B2B preferred).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of

IT hardware, networking, and telecom services

.

Ability to handle

multiple business verticals

simultaneously.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused approach.

Education



Any Graduate (IT, Commerce, or Science preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
