Job Description

Area Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and motivating a sales team, and achieving sales targets within a designated geographical area.

Responsibilities:



Recruit, hire, train, and onboard high-performing sales representatives. Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets, analyzing sales data and metrics. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews to senior management. Identify underperforming areas and develop actionable plans for improvement. Ensure all sales activities and transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Qualification:



2+ years of sales, field sales, or marketing experience. Graduation in any stream. Local candidate required. Must have own bike and valid DL.
