Job Summary:

Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness through direct sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in travel and tourism or relevant experience in other customer-facing industries, with strong fieldwork capabilities and a passion for building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective clients and generate leads for travel, forex, visa, and ticketing services. Promote the company's travel packages, foreign exchange solutions, and other offerings through face-to-face interactions and localized campaigns. Build long-term relationships with individual customers, corporates, educational institutions, and travel partners. Organize and participate in marketing activities such as promotional events, exhibitions, and on-ground activations. Track competitor activity, customer preferences, and market trends to inform marketing strategies. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Submit timely field activity and lead conversion reports.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the

travel and tourism

industry. Candidates with relevant experience in

other industries

(e.g., hospitality, insurance, banking, telecom, FMCG) are also encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive sales approach. Good knowledge of local geography and willingness to travel for client meetings. Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of working independently in the field. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
