We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales and possess strong skills in business development and account management. This role involves engaging with clients, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth within assigned territories. The Field Executive will be responsible for building relationships with B2B clients, conducting product demonstrations to manage leads effectively.
Duties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation.
Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Perform territory management to maximize sales potential within assigned regions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B or technology sales environments.
Strong skills in account management, negotiation, and customer service.
Salesforce, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Experience in lead generation, direct sales, and territory management is a plus.
Ability to analyze data and market trends for informed decision-making.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is advantageous.
