We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and performance-oriented B2B Sales Executive with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in field sales and client acquisition, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to onboard new clients and grow existing accounts.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers across target organizations.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Job Requirements
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry or role.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies, processes, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
