Biomass Lab (biomasslab.in) is looking for an energetic sales/marketing professional with a background in Agriculture sales. This role will oversee sales and marketing of our agriculture products (Pesticides & Growth Promoters).

Role and Responsibilities

Achieve Sales targets for Budaun region. Candidates should be willing to travel extensively across the Budaun District. Build dealer networks & work closely with dealers to grow business in their areas. Engage with dealers on a regular basis, coach them and monitor them. Assist dealer to conduct product demos and trials with farmers and resolve field issues. Educate dealers & farmers on the benefits of our products. Order follow-up with headquarter for on time dispatch & delivery. Payment collection from Dealers. Report timely to Managing Director and Headquarter. Should have a bike and resident of Budaun.

Qualifications

Graduate from Agriculture. 1-2 year experience in selling agricultural pesticides/growth promoters. Must have a bike to commute.
