Position Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding market reach by building strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and retailers. You will be responsible for driving sales, conducting market research.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard potential
dealers, retailers, contractors
, and
distributors
in assigned territories.
Achieve
monthly sales targets
and ensure
timely collection of payments
.
Maintain and grow
business relationships
with stakeholders to ensure customer retention.
Conduct
product demonstrations
,
contractor meets
, and
site visits
to promote product awareness and usage.
Track and report
market intelligence
, including competitor activities and pricing.
Coordinate with the head office for
order placements
,
inventory updates
, and
delivery follow-ups
.
Ensure
branding and visibility
of company products through effective in-store promotion and merchandising.
Requirements:
Minimum
12th pass
or
graduate
in any discipline
0-2 years
of experience in field sales (preferably FMCG or Building Materials).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Strong knowledge of the
local market
and an existing network of
dealers/contractors/applicators
.
Two-wheeler mandatory for field travel with licence.
Basic understanding of
construction site operations
and
reporting
.
