Hiring for a Field Recruitment Officer!
Job description
Purpose of the Role
To deliver timely recruitment solutions to our clients by ensuring the provision of the right resources at the right time.
To focus on developing a talent pipeline in the operational level categories.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Identify the hiring needs of the client requirements and develop a talent pipeline for all the requirements
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position.
Proactively develop talent pipelines through social media, internet search tools, networking by visiting the fields, attending job fairs, resume mining, and calling into competitive companies
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Proactively reach out to passive candidates and engage them in discussions about potential job opportunities.
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications based on the client's requirements.
Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
Coordinate with candidates for Document collection and verification for salary negotiations
Preparation of salary fitment and ensuring the smooth negotiation with the candidates.
Preparation and finalization of the Offer letter for our internal hiring needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
