Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Visit

villages, blocks, districts, ITIs, colleges, skill centers

for candidate sourcing Mobilize youth for

manufacturing, e-commerce, warehouse & service sector jobs

Conduct

field counseling

and explain job roles, salary, facilities & joining process Collect candidate data: Name, age, qualification, contact number, location Coordinate with

calling team & operations team

for follow-ups and joining Maintain

daily field reports

and candidate sourcing data Support

campus placement drives & local job fairs

Achieve

monthly sourcing & joining targets

Eligibility:

Fresher or experienced (0-2 years) Minimum

10th / 12th pass

Must be

ready to travel extensively

Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory) Smartphone mandatory
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
