Walk-In Drive: Field Recruiter-Rider Hiring!

As a Deployment Manager, you will play a

pivotal leadership role

you will hire, onboard the riders & delivery boys, also deploying the vehicles.

Language Proficiency Required

: Kannada, English & Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and recruit skilled

delivery riders

across hubs and dark stores Collaborate with

Area Managers

to align recruitment with daily operational needs Handle

vehicle deployment

and ensure timely assignment to riders Oversee end-to-end

rider onboarding

and act as their key point of contact Motivate and lead the team to hit delivery KPIs Manage

rider rent collection

and take action on payment defaults, including vehicle recovery Monitor live rider availability and optimize daily operations.

Ideal Candidate Should Have

1-3 years experience in logistics/recruitment/operations (field recruiter, Rider hiring preferred) Strong communication and team management skills Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
