We are looking for a proactive and motivated

Field Recruiter

to join our talent acquisition team. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for frontline or field-based roles across various locations. This role requires frequent travel, community engagement, and strong relationship-building skills.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for field positions. Source candidates through job fairs, community events, social media, job boards, referrals, and local partnerships. Conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit. Coordinate and attend hiring events, walk-in interviews, and campus recruitment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume or field hiring.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
