Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for field positions.
Source candidates through job fairs, community events, social media, job boards, referrals, and local partnerships.
Conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Coordinate and attend hiring events, walk-in interviews, and campus recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume or field hiring.
