Handle full-cycle recruitment for on-ground positions across Diagnostic Centers, Collection Centers, and corporate offices as required.
Source candidates through multiple channels -- job portals, field visits, referrals, local institutes, and social media.
Conduct walk-in drives, local hiring campaigns, and field recruitment activities.
Coordinate closely with Centre Managers and Regional HR teams to understand manpower needs.
Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates as per role-specific requirements.
Manage interview schedules, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports regularly.
Build strong networks with paramedical colleges, training institutes, and placement consultants for consistent talent sourcing.
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
