Job Description

We are looking for a

Field Recruiter

who will actively visit local markets, communities, institutes, and labour hubs to hire

delivery riders, laundry attendants, helpers, plant staff, iron-men, washers

and other blue-collar roles.
This role is

100% field-focused

and requires someone who enjoys meeting people, networking, and working on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

Daily field visits to identify and source candidates (markets, chowks, job hubs, institutes, NGOs, references) Conduct on-the-spot screening interviews Build a strong referral network of helpers, riders, and workers Coordinate walk-ins and ensure candidates reach interviews on time Maintain candidate pipeline for urgent hiring needs Work closely with HR team to close roles quickly Keep track of daily hiring activities and prepare basic reports

Requirements

Experience in

blue-collar hiring

is highly preferred Strong field connect; must be comfortable traveling 70-80% of the day Basic communication skills Must be proactive, street-smart, and target-driven Ability to convince, coordinate, and mobilise workforce Bike preferred (travel allowance can be provided)

Pay: ?9,775.40 - ?22,000.00 per month
