Job Description

A field recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging potential candidates for various roles, often focusing on those located in specific geographic areas or industries. They actively participate in recruitment events, conduct interviews, and build relationships with candidates and industry contacts. Their role is crucial in connecting with both active and passive job seekers to fill open positions. Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening:

Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Recruitment Events:

Representing the company at job fairs, career expos, and other recruitment events to attract and engage with potential applicants.

Interviewing and Assessment:

Conducting interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Relationship Building:

Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, industry contacts, and hiring managers to build a pipeline of qualified talent.

Hiring Process Coordination:

Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through offer and onboarding, including coordinating with hiring managers, extending offers, and following up with candidates.
