About the Role:

We are looking for a

Field Recruiter

who can travel to our

rural branch offices

and help us hire

entry-level staff

for those branches. You will be responsible for finding and selecting the right people for our team in different locations.

Your Responsibilities:

Visit rural branches to

understand hiring needs

. Find candidates through

local sources

like job fairs, community contacts, or referrals. Conduct

basic interviews and screenings

for entry-level jobs. Help with

joining formalities

and ensure candidates start work on time. Keep records of people interviewed and hired. Work closely with

branch managers and HR team

to complete the hiring process smoothly. Travel often and build a

local talent pool

for future hiring.

Who Can Apply:

Graduate in any field (HR preferred). 0-2 years of experience in

recruitment

or hiring workers in rural areas. Comfortable speaking

local languages

, along with basic

Hindi or English

.

Willing to travel frequently

to different villages and towns. Good at

talking to people

and building trust. Able to work on your own and complete tasks on time. Experience in NBFCs or rural jobs is an added bonus.
