Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Conduct initial screening calls. Maintain candidate records and update hiring trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Post job vacancies on free and paid platforms. Handle day-to-day HR recruitment tasks.

Requirements

Hiring for a field Recruiter. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment. Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, etc. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements at once. Basic MS Office / Excel knowledge.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
