Job Title:

Field Recruiter - Blue-Collar Workforce (1 Year Experience)

Overview

The Field Recruiter supports the end-to-end hiring process for blue-collar workers through field sourcing, basic screening, documentation handling, and coordination. With around 1 year of experience, the recruiter assists senior staff, manages candidate data, and performs field activities to ensure timely hiring.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Sourcing

Assist in sourcing blue-collar candidates through field visits, local communities, training centers, and referrals. Conduct initial screening to assess basic skills, experience, and job suitability. Schedule interviews, trade tests, and assessments.

Documentation & Compliance

Collect and verify candidate documentation (ID, certificates, licenses). Maintain organised records of candidate profiles and documents. Enter and update recruitment details in Excel sheets and internal systems.

Field Work & Coordination

Visit job sites, labour hubs, and partner agencies for recruitment activities. Support manpower mobilization by coordinating medical tests, onboarding, and joining formalities. Assist senior recruiters and HR teams with daily hiring needs.

Administrative Support

Use basic Excel skills (data entry, sorting, filtering) to track candidate status and recruitment progress. Prepare simple recruitment reports for supervisors. Maintain communication between candidates and operations/HR teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in field recruitment, HR support, or blue-collar hiring. Basic knowledge of blue-collar roles and local labour markets. Proficiency in basic Excel functions (data entry, formatting, filtering). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel twice in a week for field recruitment. Good documentation and organizational skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
