Job Responsibilities:

Handle

bulk hiring

for on-site roles (target:

400 candidates

). Visit field locations across Chennai for sourcing & onboarding. Source candidates through local networks, institutions, agencies, and job fairs. Screen, coordinate interviews, and complete joining formalities. Maintain daily hiring reports and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in field or volume recruitment. Comfortable with daily travel across Chennai. Good communication, local market knowledge & negotiation skills. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Preferably Female
