Field Recruiter
to strengthen our nursing workforce in Chennai.
Role Overview
The
Field Recruiter
will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding
staff nurses
from
local NGOs, nursing institutes, training centers, and vendor partners
. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of local markets, excellent networking skills, and prior experience in healthcare or manpower recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build relationships with
nursing institutes, NGOs, placement agencies, and vendors
to create a steady pipeline of qualified nursing candidates.
Conduct
field visits, recruitment drives, and campus hiring activities
to attract nursing talent.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with 2050 Healthcare's quality and competency standards.
Coordinate with internal HR and center teams to manage onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Maintain and update a database of potential nursing candidates and recruitment partners.
Monitor hiring targets and ensure timely fulfillment of nursing staff requirements.
Promote 2050 Healthcare's employer brand within the nursing community through relationship-building and outreach activities.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
