Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify, source, and recruit candidates for various positions through field visits, job fairs, walk-ins, and other recruitment channels. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements. Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate with the HR team/line managers for further selection processes. Develop recruitment strategies tailored to local markets to attract qualified candidates. Maintain accurate records of candidate databases and recruitment activities. Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per business requirements. Foster strong relationships with candidates and act as the point of contact during the hiring process. Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the organization in the field. Provide recruitment reports and updates to management on a regular basis.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field recruitment or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively within assigned locations. Goal-oriented with excellent time management. Knowledge of local hiring trends and recruitment channels.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
