We are looking for a

Field Recruiter

who will be responsible for hiring manpower by

visiting sites, local areas, and workforce hubs

. The role requires strong on-ground recruitment skills to fulfill immediate and ongoing manpower requirements.

Responsibilities:

Visit client sites, local areas, labor hubs, and nearby locations to source candidates Conduct on-the-spot screening and preliminary interviews Coordinate with site supervisors for manpower requirements Collect and verify candidate documents Ensure timely joining and deployment of selected candidates Maintain daily recruitment and visit reports Support bulk and urgent hiring requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum qualification: Any Graduate Prior experience in

field recruitment / blue-collar hiring

preferred Good communication and coordination skills Ability to travel daily and work on-site Basic knowledge of documentation and joining formalities

Experience :

1-2 years of experience in field recruitment
