Experience: 2 - 5 Years experience in Field Recruitment
Qualification: Any Degree
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through field recruitment channels such as job fairs, institutes, training centers, and local networks.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for field staff, technicians, operators, and entry-level roles.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
Facilitate documentation and joining formalities (Aadhaar, PAN, educational certificates, etc.).
Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status reports to HR Manager.
Build relationships with colleges, skill development institutes, and local job consultants for bulk hiring.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per manpower requirements.
Support onboarding and induction of new hires at project sites.

Pay: ₹23,086.00 - ₹25,930.25 per month
