Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential candidates through field sourcing methods such as pamphlet distribution, community visits, job fairs, college/ITI tie-ups, and referrals. Conduct spot interviews and initial screenings to evaluate candidate suitability. Coordinate and manage walk-in drives and local recruitment events. Maintain daily and weekly hiring targets and ensure timely closures. Collect and verify candidate documents including ID proof, address proof, and educational qualifications. Coordinate with onboarding and operations teams for candidate joining formalities. Maintain recruitment MIS and daily reporting to the team lead or manager. Build a strong network in local areas, including partnerships with local agents and community leaders for a continuous talent pipeline.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of field recruitment or blue-collar hiring experience. Strong communication skills in local language(s) and Hindi/English. Comfortable with extensive local travel and fieldwork. Basic knowledge of documentation and candidate screening. Own two-wheeler preferred (with valid DL). Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience. Experience in delivery/logistics hiring will be an advantage. Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for candidate tracking.
