What a Field Recruiter Does

Sources candidates on-site

(factories, construction sites, campuses, job fairs, neighborhoods)

Conducts in-person outreach

and initial screening

Collects applications & documents

Explains job roles, pay, schedules, and requirements Travels regularly to meet candidates where they are Reports hiring progress to HR or staffing agencies Source and recruit

for cooler audits. Visit local areas, job hubs, communities, and networks to find potential candidates. Conduct on-ground interviews and basic screening. Ensure candidates clearly understand job responsibilities, payment terms, and work expectations. Coordinate with audit managers for manpower requirements. Maintain a daily tracker of sourced, shortlisted, and joined candidates. Support onboarding, documentation, and deployment of new hires. Build a strong local network for continuous manpower supply. Handle bulk hiring and meet daily/weekly hiring targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in

field recruitment / bulk hiring

. Experience hiring field staff, delivery boys, promoter boys, or FOS teams preferred. Strong communication and convincing skills. Good knowledge of local areas for manpower sourcing. Ability to work on-field and travel within the city. Target-driven and energetic personality.
