Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through field visits, job fairs, institutes, and local references.
Conduct initial candidate screening and collect required details.
Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate database and documentation.
Promote company job openings to potential candidates.
Provide regular updates on progress and challenges.
Requirements:
Graduate / Final year student pursuing graduation (any stream).
Strong communication skills (English, Kannada/Hindi preferred).
Willingness to travel locally for recruitment drives.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
