Job Description

The Field Recruiter will primarily work in the field, identifying and recruiting top talent to meet the organization's needs. This role involves travel, conducting onsite interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process. The Field Recruiter will also play a crucial role in enhancing the employer's brand and providing a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies for field positions.

Travel to various locations to conduct onsite interviews and job fairs.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.

Maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.

Provide a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and feedback.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a field recruiter role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
