Job Summary
As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates directly from the field for roles such as Technicians, Helpers, Office Staff, and Support Staff. You will ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding to meet the company's manpower needs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to source manpower.
Recruit for multiple roles including Technicians, Helpers, Office Boys, and Support Staff.
Share job details and convince candidates to join TapnHome.
Collect necessary documents (ID proof, Address proof, Educational proof).
Provide daily recruitment updates to the HR/Operations team.
Build strong candidate pipelines for urgent requirements.
Coordinate with local institutes, agencies, and references for manpower sourcing.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of the local manpower market.
Ability to achieve hiring targets within deadlines.
Preference for candidates with their own vehicle.
