Hiring for a global IT firm.

Responsibilities:


? Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end logistics for mainly physical and sometimes hybrid B2B local and regional events in C2G markets. This includes conferences, trade shows, roadshows, executive roundtables, partner events, and tech meetups -- to drive brand awareness, lead generation (i.e. access to and meetings with potential new business from target industries, accounts and ideal personas), and existing customer advocacy engagement.
? Work with internal stakeholders (sales, partner, marketing, operations) to align events with business goals.
? Support regional event calendars, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of all event milestones.
? Manage relationships with venues, event vendors, agencies, and partners.
? Coordinate pre-event, onsite, and post-event activities -- including detailed event brief, pre-event briefings, post-event reviews and follow-ups, invitations, registrations, branding, speaker coordination, and pre- and post-promotional materials.
? Monitor event budgets, ensuring events are delivered within budget and delivering ROI.
? Track and report event performance, including attendance, lead generation and post-event meetings secured by sales and partners.
? Ensure brand consistency and quality in all event-related communications and experiences.
? Support contract negotiation and compliance for vendors and partners related to events.
? Execute the other tactical initiatives, apart from events, for multiple integrated campaigns which include email, content syndication, advertising, direct mail, merchandise design & production, CRM management, and social media.

Requirements



? A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, and/or Hospitality
? 5+ years of hands-on experience in field marketing, partner marketing, marketing communication, corporate communications, and/or community-building; B2B marketing preferred
? Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
? A knack for copywriting and storytelling for customer/user experience
? Experience in physical and hybrid event management
? Experience in social media marketing, namely LinkedIn and YouTube

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?8,500,000.00 per year
