We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic

Field Outreach Executive

to spearhead student mobilization for a government-backed initiative. This role is deeply rooted in community interaction and requires a proactive approach to engaging students and families at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to connect with students, parents, and community leaders Promote awareness of the government initiative and its educational benefits Inspire student participation through persuasive and respectful communication Build trust and rapport within local communities to foster long-term engagement Document outreach efforts, feedback, and participation metrics accurately Serve as a reliable and ethical representative of the organization Collaborate with internal teams to share field insights and improve strategy
