Key Responsibilities:
Visit new store locations across India to oversee
setup, installation, and launch activities
.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and franchise owners for timely store readiness.
Ensure store interiors, branding, and equipment setup follow company standards.
Train on-ground staff on store operations, process flow, and customer handling.
Support in
store inauguration and operational handover
to the local team.
Prepare and share daily progress reports and checklists with the head office.
Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure smooth pre- and post-opening operations.
Maintain strong coordination between the head office, franchise partners, and suppliers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in
operations / store rollout / franchise setup
(FMCG, Retail, or QSR background preferred).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to
travel extensively PAN India
.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple projects.
