Field collection and recovery follow-up
Managing and monitoring field executives
Daily collection tracking and reporting
Customer follow-up and relationship management
Ensuring discipline and compliance in field operations
Coordination with branch/office team
Requirements:
Proven experience in Microfinance field operations (mandatory)
Strong field coordination and collection skills
Ability to work in morning & afternoon shifts
Two-wheeler preferred
