About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Agriculture/Horticulture graduates to join as Field Operations Executives. This role offers freshers the opportunity to gain practical field exposure by managing mechanized services across crops, supporting seasonal operations, and building strong farmer relationships. You will play a vital role in driving service demand and ensuring smooth field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee mechanized services for cotton, maize, soybean, chickpea, and other crops.
Execute and monitor operations during Rabi & Kharif seasons.
Conduct regular field inspections and ensure quality service delivery.
Organize farmer meetings, promote awareness, and generate service demand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and clients.
Collect, record, and report field data accurately and on time.
Monitor service performance and provide feedback for improvements.
Requirements
Key Skills & Qualifications
Fresh graduate in Agriculture/Horticulture (male candidates only).
Strong interest in field operations and crop management.
Ability to build rapport with farmers and clients.
Willingness to travel extensively for field activities.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Good communication, observation, and reporting skills.
