Responsibilities and Duties: To have on field responsibilities for setting up and supervising promotional and marketing activities basis Operations Procedure of the activity. Plan, train and monitor the performance as well as evaluate the activity continuously by being on field Responsible for putting on board vendors and partners. Open to odd working hours and on weekends depending on activities and projects present. Reporting to the Line Manager. Specifications: Passionate about meeting and influence people and provide a brand experience! Smart and having observation, analysis, negotiation, and managerial skills. Must have a positive attitude to explore new challenges Must be presentable and communicate freely and proficiently in Hindi, & Local languages. Proficiency in English will be an added advantage Comfortable being on field/outdoors and travelling within and out of base location, for a time. Having Two-Wheeler or a two-wheeler driving license preferable. Education Level: Graduate or Equivalent Job Experience: Min 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years (on ground activation in Agency/ Events/BTL /On field Supervising Role) for Operations Executive Min 2-3 years (on ground activation in Agency/ Events/BTL /On field Supervising Role) for Sr. Executive Operations Min 4-5 years (on ground activation in Agency/ Events/BTL /On field Supervising Role) for Asst. Manager Operations. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month based on profile and experience Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Boarding and Food Expenses provided for any travel beyond Base Location PF & ESIC on confirmation post probation period.
