As we rapidly expand, we are seeking a passionate Field Operation Executive- Intern to join our team and contribute to building innovative solutions that power the future of electric vehicles (EVs).

Responsibilities:

Attend and resolve on-site customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Handle charger installations, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate with the backend team for any escalations or technical support needed. Travel frequently to various locations as assigned for field operations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of installed equipment. Maintain reports of daily visits, issues resolved, and pending tasks. Build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners on the field.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field operations or a similar role (freshers with strong practical skills can also apply). Willingness to travel frequently and be available for on-field duties as required. Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. Basic understanding of electrical components and troubleshooting (preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

- It is compulsory to have a vehicle since this is an on field sort of a role.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
