About Hahnemann Charitable Mission Society:

We, Hahnemann Charitable Mission Society, is a non-governmental organization dedicated to providing healthcare services by promoting Organic farming practice, promoting Women Empowerment, supporting underprivileged communities. We work towards holistic well-being, skill development, social upliftment through various initiatives and programs. And to support it we have launched organic herbal product ranges, FMCS products, and other products made by SHGs.

The role involves supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of development projects while working closely with communities, field teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement NGO and development projects according to approved plans and objectives Engage with local communities to promote participation and awareness Coordinate with field staff, partners, volunteers, and stakeholders Conduct field visits, surveys, and needs assessments Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate project data and records Monitor project progress and support reporting to management and donors Assist in impact assessment and documentation of outcomes Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field (preferred) Experience in community-based projects or fieldwork Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of data collection tools and reporting formats Willingness to travel and work in field locations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
