Field Officer/Marketing (Manpower Services) Male

We are hiring a

Field Officer/Marketing Person

to expand our manpower service operations across key locations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Identify and secure new clients for our manpower services (laborers, security, etc.).

Client Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high satisfaction.

Field Operations:

Regularly visit client sites across the designated region for coordination and problem-solving.

Talent Mobilisation:

Assist in sourcing and mobilising manpower to meet client demands.

Reporting:

Submit daily reports on fieldwork, sales activities, and market feedback.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum

2 years

in Field Marketing, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in Manpower, Staffing, or Security Services.

Mobility:

Must have a

two-wheeler

and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territories.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with the local geography is a plus.

Compensation & Location

Salary:

?16,000 to ?19,000 per month

Experience:

Minimum

2 years

of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within Manpower, Staffing, or Field Operations.

Location: Ambala City & Ambala Cantt

(Focus Area).

Salary: ₹19,000 to ?28,000

per month.

Benefits: Petrol expenses extra

(as per company policy).

Mandatory:

Must possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with own

two-wheeler

for extensive fieldwork.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
