Job Description

We are a growing NBFC engaged in providing business loans to MSMEs. We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Field Officer to handle site visits, customer verification, and loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct site visits for business loan customers Verify business premises, assets, and customer credentials Assist in loan application processing and file preparation Coordinate with credit and operations teams

Eligibility Criteria:



Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred) 1-3 years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services preferred Willingness to travel for site visits Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word) Valid driving licence

Skills Required:



Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail in documentation Basic understanding of financial documents

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
