The Field Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations at client sites, ensuring smooth service delivery in housekeeping and technical facility management. This role includes manpower recruitment, deployment, site supervision, client coordination, and maintaining service standards in line with company policies and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Manpower Management & Recruitment
Recruit, interview, and deploy suitable candidates for housekeeping and technical positions across sites.
Ensure timely mobilization of manpower as per client requirements.
Maintain attendance, shift schedules, and resolve staffing gaps.
Provide basic training, induction, and on-site orientation to new staff.
Site Operations & Supervision
Supervise housekeeping and technical staff to ensure service quality and compliance with company standards.
Monitor day-to-day site operations including cleaning, maintenance, and technical support.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of sites.
Ensure all safety, hygiene, and operational protocols are followed.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients at assigned sites.
Address client queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain good client relations to enhance service satisfaction and retention.
Administration & Reporting
Maintain records of manpower, site operations, and daily activities.
Submit regular reports on staffing, site performance, and incidents.
Support operations manager in planning and execution of service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Facilities Management / Business Administration / Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in facility management, housekeeping, or technical site operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of housekeeping standards and basic technical maintenance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems on-site.
Flexibility to travel across multiple sites.
