area. The ideal candidate will have strong field experience, manpower handling capabilities, and the ability to resolve on-ground issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manpower Deployment:
Ensure adequate manpower (security guards & housekeeping staff) is deployed at all client sites as per requirement.
Recruitment:
Proactively recruit and maintain a pool of guards and housekeeping staff to meet urgent and future requirements.
Client Coordination:
Regularly liaise with clients to understand manpower needs, resolve operational issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Site Visits:
Conduct regular visits to all sites for attendance checks, discipline enforcement, and issue resolution.
Grievance Handling:
Address staff grievances, performance issues, and site-related complaints promptly and effectively.
Reporting:
Maintain proper documentation of manpower deployment, attendance, recruitment pipeline, and site reports.
Compliance:
Ensure all deployed manpower meet the required compliance standards including documentation and uniforms.
Emergency Handling:
Be available to handle urgent site issues such as absenteeism, disputes, or client complaints, even after hours if needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years
of field experience in security and facility manpower management.
Proven ability to
recruit
, mobilize, and manage manpower independently.
Good knowledge of
Noida and Ghaziabad
geography and local manpower networks.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites efficiently.
Must have a
two-wheeler
with a valid driving license (preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp communication, and reporting tools.
