Role & Responsibilities to be handled :-

Oversee and coordinate security guards at various sites. Ensure deployment schedules are followed and sites are adequately staffed. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor performance. Prepare and submit detailed incident and daily activity reports. Train new security personnel on site-specific protocols and company policies. Ensure guards are properly uniformed and equipped. Address client concerns, feedback, and special requests. Submit attendance records, duty rosters, and patrol logs. Assist in recruitment, scheduling, and payroll verification. Report to senior management on security operations. Arrange for manpower in case of new deployment or replacement.
Skills Required :-

Ability to oversee and motivate a team of security personnel. Handle disputes among guards or with the public calmly and professionally. Make quick, effective decisions during emergencies or high-pressure situations. Clearly relay instructions to guards and report to management or clients. Handle multiple sites, schedules, and reports efficiently. Atleast 1 year of experience as Security Field Officer.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
