Field Officer - Sourcing

Conduct local-level sourcing of candidates for Housekeeping, Technical, Soft Services & Support roles in Facilities Management.

Identify and onboard candidates under NAPS & NATS apprentice programs.

Coordinate with ITIs, skill centers, local consultancies, and district employment offices.

Maintain database of potential candidates, vendors, and training partners.

Conduct due diligence and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, CLRA, minimum wages).

Negotiate manpower costs, mobilization deadlines, and candidate availability.

Visit sourcing locations, government offices, and client sites regularly.

Conduct local recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus engagements.

Ensure timely candidate availability as per project start target.

Ensure proper documentation for NAPS/NATS enrolment via apprenticeship portals.

Maintain MIS for tracking candidate sourcing status, mobilization, and joining ratio.

Coordinate with HR and compliance teams for timely registrations and onboarding.

Act as field-level liaison between operations teams, clients, vendors, and candidates.

Understand client manpower requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies.

Skill Requirements

Strong local network & knowledge of manpower sourcing channels.

Understanding of NAPS/NATS guidelines and FM manpower norms.

Negotiation skills & ability to mobilize resources quickly.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

Qualification or Experience:

Any Graduate

Experience: Min 4 to 5 years

Industry Specification: Facility Management preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
