Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Visit existing customers regularly to

follow up for repeat or next parcel orders

. Build and maintain good customer relationships to ensure continued business.

Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams

for smooth pickup and delivery schedules.

Mark area-wise codes

on parcel boxes to ensure proper sorting and identification. Support in

recording daily visit reports and customer feedback

.

Assist in loading and unloading

of small parcel boxes in rare cases when required. Ensure that all parcels are handled safely and delivered as per company standards. Report any customer issues, service delays, or complaints to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification:

10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate

(any stream). Prior experience in logistics, courier, or parcel service preferred. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of local routes and areas. Willingness to work in the field and handle light operational activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
