Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol & Surveillance:

Conduct routine and scheduled patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious activities.

Incident Response:

Respond promptly to any incidents, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action.

Client & Team Interaction:

Maintain a visible and professional presence to reassure clients and stakeholders. Communicate effectively with other security personnel to ensure consistency and coverage across shifts. Work closely with the Field Supervisor to address specific client needs or concerns.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate logs and records of patrols, incidents, and any other security-related activities. Prepare detailed, timely incident reports for submission to supervisors and management.

Policy Enforcement:

Enforce security and safety policies in accordance with company and client guidelines. Conduct checks to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations among staff and visitors. Assist in training new security personnel as needed on company protocols and emergency procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
